I have read the book "The Assets Left by Parents" written by Shri Pramod Kulkarni. While reading the book I felt it's like going through journey of life of every middle class persons. Shri Pramod Kulkarni has written and expressed in such a fluent and free flowing language that keeps you spell bound. Must be read by all. The mutual respect and sacrifices for the family are greatly expressed by the author.

Pramod is my classmate & the values he carries is from his parents, whom also I had known from school days. In the book Pramod has explained the simplicity with which their family lived and the meticulous planning his parents especially his father did for the upbringing of the family. I find the same simplicity continued in the son( ie author). So unlike the other assets which others may get here is a family which values the valuable simplicity assets by parents to the legalhairs.
