Dr. Preesat Biswas received a Ph.D. in Electronics Communication Engineering form Dr.C.V.Raman University, Bilaspur (C.G) in 2022, M.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication from KEC Bhubaneswar (BPUT, ODISHA) in 2013, and B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication from GKCET (BPUT,ODISHA) in 2009. He was also an inventor and holds Three patents. He published seven books. He authored and co-authored over 14 refereed journal and conference papers in various areas of Wireless Communication, Signal Processing. Image Processing, Adaptive Signal Processing, Speech Processing, and Deep Learning. He was working as a Coordinator of the BSNL Project in Kerala.Prof. Shanti Rathore did her Diploma in Instrumentation from R.G.P.V Bhopal in 2001. B.E in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from G.G.V. Bilaspur in 2005, M.E in Instrumentation (BIT DURG, CSVTU, C.G) in 2009. She did her Ph.D from Dr.C.V. Raman University Bilaspur in 2018. She is also an inventor and holds three patents. Presently she is working as a Professor at Dr.C.V. Raman University, Bilaspur.Prof. M.R. Khan received a Ph.D in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from NIT Raipur in 2008, M.Tech in Telecommunication Systems Engineering from IIT Khargpur in 1999 and B.E in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Government Engineering College Jabalpur (RDUJ) in 1985. He is also an inventor and holds 10 Patents. He published 12 books and authored or co-author over 85 refereed journal and international conference papers in various areas of Communication, Signal Processing, Speech Processing, Communication networks, and Microelectronics.
