Bhagawan is the embodiment of Bliss. It is from Bhagawan that happiness comes to us. Demerits are the cause of our misery. When we have to be established in joy we need to overcome such obstacles that blemish our sense of the elation. This, we can do by good karma which wins the grace of God. Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, said, my grace is conferred on all regardless of caste, race and creed but to be recipient of the grace, one should have to do the small act of service to oneself, that is to extend the hand to receive it. When grace is bestowed, happiness flows in. Bhagawan Baba was always happy. Whenever devotees wished Him, Happy Birthday on the occasion, He would say that there was no need to wish Him ' happy ' because He was always happy. He was one who transcended the happiness itself. He was happy not on one day but every day. We, we too should be happy. We can do so by some training, following of the Divine ideals. The book stresses on requisites for that measure of joy, which is called happiness.
