I was born on July 22, 1935, in a leading Zamindar family of Saharanpur known as Kalsia Wale. After completing my studies, I went to Bombay in 1954 and joined Carona Sahu Co. Ltd., of which, Sahu Shriyans Prasad Ji Jain was the chairman. In 1955. I joined Dhrangadhra Chemical Works of which he was also the chairman. I retired from there in 1993 as the Dy. General Manager. From 1999 to 2013, I was in Ahmedabad with my family, and in 2013, I came to Gr. Noida, where I had enough time to put my thoughts together. I gathered some interesting facts and information from various books, newspapers, magazines, and other sources. I have compiled them in this book. I observe that people have divergent views on the day-to-day situation, politics, astrology, homeopathy, and religions. I, therefore, decided to express my own views, which are compiled in “India of today, as I see it as a ‘Common Man”. If you kindly give me a little time to browse through the booklet, I shall be grateful and shall feel that my effort has been well rewarded.
