 Nurses today must be able to grow and evolve in order to meet the demands of changing healthcare system & must participate in innovative research in nursing care fields.Florence Nightingale, Pioneer of Nursing profession given insight to nurses regarding reforming and improving the health care system.Perinatal care package is a small effort made to improve knowledge and practices of primipara mothers and care takers to ensure  safe motherhood. It will help mother to take appropriate care, during antenatal period, intranatal period and postnatal period and appropriate care of  baby.I hope this package will helpful to healthcare providers for taking appropriate care in antenatal, intranatal ,postnatal period of mother and baby and also to educate antenatal  mothers and their care takers. I tried my best to help antenatal mothers for safe motherhood.This module is dedicated to all antenatal mothers,students learning Midwifery and Health care providers.
