I am a doctoral student at Amity University in Noida. I have been Assistant Professor for the previous six years. I taught media and mass communication students at Trinity Institute of Professional Studies and KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education, both of which are affiliated with IP University. Concerning my personal life, I has been involved with Brahma kumaris since the age of 20 and has learned the Shri Bhagwad Gita through ISKCON. I have a deep spiritual desire from infancy.Spiritual development improves our ability to deal with life's ups and downs and recover from tough events. It is easy to judge and criticise others, but as we grow spiritually, we discover how much better it is to build compassion and empathy for others. Spirituality has existed for centuries.
