It describes 10 year efforts of a doctor couple, giving best years of their life, working in an inhospitable terrain, facing adversities of all types, to find effective solutions. The hospital they resurrect rises to a pinnacle of succes over years. The methods they devise to achieve that, are unconventional; these are fine lessons in Management of a project, and raising to high level of competency, the ordinary people they worked with.
